It is my belief that experiencing an authentic spiritual connection can help us to see ourselves and others through different eyes and help us heal beliefs we carry about ourselves. A spiritual connection is our personal connection with a Greater Loving Force (God, Spirit Guides, The Universe, Source, "That Loving Feeling That Connects Us to Each Other") and is NOT the same as being religious, which is our connection to an organization and its beliefs/practices.
I often incorporate spiritual exploration/discussion into sessions, while still honoring each person's own belief system. When appropriate, I also introduce the use of spiritual tools (such as cards, mediumship, or connecting with a Spirit Guide) to help clients who are seeking additional insight into their life and a greater sense of support.
